FUND OVERVIEW

Community Partners is leading a new invitation-only funding initiative on behalf of the Hilton Foundation called Support for Communities in Crisis (SCC). We are administering grants for organizations working to provide basic needs support and/or rapid response, case management, and emergency support in key communities. 

UPCOMING DEADLINES

June 2026: Invited organizations submit preliminary background information 

June – July 2026: Participate in initial launch meeting with Community Partners 

July 2026: Upload SOW and budget when directed by Community Partners staff

August 2026: Year 1 funds awarded pending final approval from Hilton Foundation (24-month grants)

Fall 2027: Interim program and financial reports submitted, year 2 funds awarded

July 2028: Funded activities completed

August 2028: Final narrative and financial reports due
